## Details you provide

Fintoc reads the company details from the documents you upload, and you confirm or correct them in the form. You provide these details:

* **Contact**: full name, corporate email address, and phone number of the person who completes the form. Fintoc validates the email address before you continue.
* **Company**: Mexican tax ID (RFC) including the homoclave, date of incorporation, serial number of the certificate, business activity, address, and address type.
* **Settlement account**: the 18-digit standardized Mexican bank account number (CLABE) where Fintoc settles your funds.
* **Legal representative**: full name, nationality, voter ID number or passport number, and position in the company.
* **Shareholding structure**: name, type of person, and participation percentage of every shareholder. When a company holds more than 25% of your company, you also declare that shareholder's own shareholding structure.

## Additional questions

You also answer questions that no document covers. Each answer comes from a fixed list of options:

* **Source of funds**: where the company's income comes from.
* **Estimated monthly volume**: the amount in Mexican pesos you expect to move each month.
* **Estimated monthly operations**: the number of transactions you expect each month.
* **Use of the account**: the option that best describes your operation.
* **Registration as a Vulnerable Activity for virtual assets**: whether the SAT registers the company as a Vulnerable Activity for buying, selling, holding, or exchanging virtual assets. This registration is defined in article 17, section XVI of Mexico's anti-money-laundering law. Fintoc does not open accounts for companies with this registration.
