Manage the accounts that hold your transfer balances. Create accounts to keep balances separate, and retrieve the monthly account statements for each account. The pages in this section explain both tasks.

Fund your account

In Mexico, you fund an Account in live mode with a Sistema de Pagos Electrónicos Interbancarios (SPEI) transfer in MXN. Send the transfer to the standardized Mexican bank account number (CLABE) in the account’s root_account_number. The deposit appears as an inbound transfer. SPEI is the only funding method. The CLABE doesn’t accept:
  • International transfers, including SWIFT wires.
  • Card payments.
To fund your account from outside Mexico, send the money to a Mexican bank account that can receive SWIFT transfers. Then send the funds from that bank account to your Fintoc CLABE by SPEI.
