Who can use Fintoc
To use Fintoc, your business must meet all of these requirements:- A company tax ID. In Mexico, this is your company’s Mexican tax ID (RFC), which has 12 characters. In Chile, this is your company’s Chilean tax ID (RUT).
- A bank account in your company’s name. Fintoc only sends your payouts to an account associated with your company’s RFC or RUT.
- An email address on your company’s domain. Sign up with a corporate email, not a personal one such as Gmail or Hotmail.
A Fintoc organization that you register through the Shopify app can only accept payments in Shopify. You can’t use that organization with the API or with other e-commerce plugins, such as WooCommerce or VTEX. To accept payments in another store or integration, complete a separate registration with Fintoc’s sales team at sales@fintoc.com.

Refunds
Refunds can be managed directly from your Shopify dashboard. Navigate to an Order, where you’ll find a Refund button on the top-right corner. There you can enter the refund amount and any comments you wish to track. For more details, check out our Refunds Guide. If your available Fintoc balance doesn’t cover a refund within 5 business days, the refund transitions tofailed. A failed refund is final, and Fintoc can’t retry it.
